The US Joint Commission International (JCI) has once again awarded the Barbados Fertility Centre the Gold Seal of Approval for its highest standards of patient care.  This is the third time that the organization has been awarded.

The Commission is the US health facility accreditation programme that sets the highest health care standards the world over to ensure best practices in patient care and service delivery. In order to receive this award, organizations go through extreme testing and vigilance.

The Barbados-based lone fertility centre is now part of a group of highly esteemed clinics. The Fertility Centre is known for its success generally but also as a successful medico-tourism operation.

The Fertility Centre opened in 2002 and offers several treatments and is more widely known for its IVF treatment which includes holistic therapies from nutrition to acupuncture and reflexology as well as nutrition.

We believe our high clinical and laboratory standards, our commitment to JCI accreditation, the relaxing environment of our beautiful island and our onsite spa contribute to our high success rates – of which we are very proud. This unique high combination is helping couples get pregnant. We encourage anyone how has been struggling to conceive to please call us as our success is proven and we can help you have the family you desire,” said Dr. Juliette Skinner, Head Clinician at the BFC.

According to reports, the BFC can boast of success rates especially in 2013 when their excellent donor egg program yielded a pregnancy rate of 73%.  Using cutting edge technology, the BFC can boast a 50% pregnancy rate using frozen embryos.

This success has attracted many from across the region, UK, US and other European countries.
