Cancer Centre chairman steps down

ST JOHN’S, Antigua – Work has resumed on the Cancer Centre of the Eastern Caribbean, almost three months after it was due to be completed.

At the same time, it has been announced that the man who was spearheading the initiative has stepped aside after an arrest warrant was issued for him by Canadian authorities.
